passion vs responsible

If you have dreams and like to achieve them you should be passionate about it

If you want to be good at what you are doing know what are you responsible for and think how can you be better from yesterday

Strict plans

Split personality 

learn from mistakes

Make them as habits so you ever repeat mistakes 

motivation should not be an emotion it should be an action

I think it's really important to be disciplined

take breaks

We are humans not machines, we loose energy (physically and mentally) so take breaks

do not let fear come near to you

 until it hurts someone, never fear about anything

if deep dive fear is factor for all
